The vision for 5 Points emerged from more than 20 years’ experience supporting local small businesses in communities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. With a growing network of small business owners and consultants, owner Tom Litke established 5 Points with a vision to create space for businesses to thrive in real life—balancing entrepreneurial vision with needed support and a long-term, grown-up lifestyle.

We’re proudly located in Ward 5. Much like our neighborhood, 5 Points is a place free of pretense, where you can be yourself and get to know neighbors. Businesses here try new things and build a friendly, strong community—just like our neighbors.

At 5 Points, you’ll find distraction-free space to work alongside other business owners. Our partner nonprofit, SB Works, manages the space and will help you tailor what you need: learn a new skill, find business support, join forces, or simply plow through your to-do list.
